Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. Kristi was highly recommended, her social media presence was strong, and I could tell she put a lot of work into her listings. Kristi was excellent every step of the way. I thought our home would be difficult to sell, but it sold within ten days at full asking price! She is very knowledgeable and service oriented. She made sure all of our questions were answered promptly and took the worry off of our shoulders. She even took care of us after the sale when I left some things at the house. For over 17 years now, I have served as a licensed agent in the Waco market.
